NavFleet 2.6 introduces improvements that make access easier and more secure, simplifying the workflow for activating passages, and adds new functionality to the PSC add‑on.

The release expands monitoring intelligence with enhanced security, simplified activation, and a new tagging system. It allows users to edit or activate a voyage while providing clearer and earlier insights into vessel behaviour.
Key upgrades in NavFleet Monitoring include:
Enhanced security through Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft or Google, both of which support two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
Simplified activation with direct access from the Vessel List to edit or activate a voyage, and the ability to view up to five routes simultaneously for easier identification of the correct route.
Document tagging system with a new tag creation capability for easy document reference, expanded portal storage from 200 MB to 2 GB, and unchanged per-vessel storage for document sharing.
Port State Control module updates:
A refreshed PSC module featuring a new landing page with key fleet KPIs, inspections, high‑risk vessels, and deficiencies, improved defect identification, enhanced port risk calculations, and an updated 12‑month default reporting period.
