Governance
Navtor expect commitment to compliance of ethical conduct from our suppliers. To ensure this, a supplier questionnaire is sent to all our critical suppliers. Among other things, we check if the suppliers have a formal Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering policy. We also investigate if the suppliers have a quality management system in place, and that they have policies in place for Health, Safety, Environment and Social Responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundry
NAVTOR is committed to combating money laundering, terrorist financing and to comply with applicable laws and regulation related to anti-money laundering. NAVTOR forbids knowingly engaging in transactions that facilitate money laundering or result in unlawful diversion. Navtor is subject of independent financial audit that confirms transparency of payments.
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
NAVTOR will not engage in any form of bribery or corruption. The giving or receiving of bribes is contrary to our values and can play no part in the way in which NAVTOR and its subsidiaries carry out their business. This policy applies to all NAVTOR employee's and to our contractors, advisers, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors, who act on our behalf or with whom we conduct business. Navtor is committed to comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations and take active steps to ensure that corruption does not occur in relation to NAVTOR business activities. We conduct business activities in an open and transparent manner and supports effort to combat corruption worldwide.

No 13: Climate Action
NAVTOR is contributing to the efficient navigation through enhancing performance of the vessels and fleet. Our analytical tools support the crew in finding the most effective means to reduce environmental footprints. The NavFleet Performance module provides accurate status of GHG emissions and real-time CII monitoring. Additionally, the NavStation Weather Optimization service recommends the most fuel-effective routes, meeting ETA requirements.
No 14: Life Below Water
NAVTOR's Passage Planning module in NavStation allows for safe and efficient high-sea voyages. Running cloud-based monitoring and providing decision-support assistance aids in cutting the number of groundings and collisions and in turn reducing debris and marine pollution, protecting life below water.
