We are now recruiting for a Technical Sales Manager for Performance.

Earlier this year, we entered the Performance and Analytics arena by launching NAVTOR’s NavFleet total ship operations platform and acquiring performance specialist TRES Solutions. We are intensely focused on solving critical performance and environmental challenges for customers via technology and are leading the shift from data to insights and solutions.
NAVTOR is continuing to expand its NavFleet portfolio, which includes vessel performance optimisation solutions. We are looking for a candidate who can support our sales team and accelerate our NavFleet international sales efforts.
Responsibilities:

Provide presentations, product demonstrations and general support to sales team and prospective customers

Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and regulations

Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff

Travel to customer locations and attend industry conferences in support of sales efforts

Communicate regularly with existing customers, ensuring continued relationship building
Experience & Qualifications Required

Educational background in marine engineering, naval architecture or relevant quantitative field is an advantage

Experience within the maritime industry, particularly vessel performance optimization is an advantage

Strong execution focus with a passion for building relationships and solving customers’ problems

Strong communication skills, well-organized and attention to detail is a must; flexibility to work with clients and team members across multiple geographies
