NAVTOR offers extended PAYS coverage

From June 2015 the AVCS PAYS folio includes China ENCs and is now offered to NAVTOR Pay AS You Sail customers.

This enhancement to the service will be another step forward to make life easier for navigators, and safer, clearer and more efficient for ship-owners and operators.
