Group Controller
We are now seeking an experienced Group Controller to our team in Egersund.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Owner of monthly consolidation & reporting process
• Monthly Management/Board Reporting Pack to owners
• Compliance Reporting (i.e. transfer pricing)
• Financial Statements (NAVTOR Group Accounts)
• Budget
• Audit
• Tax
• M&A related tasks, such as PPA
• International subsidiaries: hands-on & follow up on Financial Management
• Treasury function (global)
• NGAAP, IFRS experience
• Team player to develop the Finance function
Qualifications
Minimum 5-8 years of solid experience within an International Finance function, and exposure to Private Equity-owned companies.
You have a skill set where you have proven experience in developing a finance function.
Personal skills
• Handle and prioritise multiple projects
• Analytical
• Focused on details
• Understand and write Board and management presentations
• Good interpersonal skills and a team worker
• High personal integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent oral and written in English language
• Ad-hoc projects and M&A related scope will come in addition to the regular job description.
