Working tasks


• Respond to inquiries raised by customers via Ticket System and phone calls
• Deliver products/services to end customers, provide assistance to set up products/systems/software on board
• General registration for customer data in the Back-end, service activation, and order processing
• Follow up with the customers to ensure high-quality support

Qualifications:

• Good computer skills
• Good communication and interaction skills with customers
• Fluent in English and Norwegian
• Wants to contribute to a good working environment
• Service-minded, accurate and structured
• High work capacity
