NAVTOR is looking for technically skilled candidates
with good interpersonal skills for the technical support
position. Technical support personnel troubleshoot
technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and
support the roll-out of new applications, among other
duties.


 Moreover, technical support personnel need to talk to
customers directly and create written documentation,
requiring good written and verbal communication.

 

Working tasks:
  • Respond to tickets raised by customers

  • Troubleshoot network and software issues

  • Following up with the customer to ensure the

       problem is resolved

  • Take part in the technical support on duty service

Qualifications:
  • Network and computer skills (Windows)

  • Good ability to acquire new knowledge

  • Be able to work closely in a team and share knowledge

  • Service-minded
